Returns Policy
Construction Books Direct will accept returns for credit
only (excluding post and packing). This is provided that
the goods are returned, preferably in the original packaging,
unread, unused and in perfect condition.
Postage and delivery costs for returns must be borne by
the customer. Returns must be advised to Construction
Books Direct within 48 hours of original delivery.
This does not affect the statutory rights of the customer. |

| Reporting Non-Deliveries |
We normally expect to have despatched your item within 2-3 days. If however you have not received your order after 14 days of placing it, please contact us.
We can only accept claims for non-receipt of items up to 2 months from the date of order. |
